Our regular Toastmasters meeting fell on St Patrick's Day this month.
It was requested by our VPE that we wear something green and try to make St Patrick's Day the theme of the evening.
Most of us managed to find something green and or a little Irish Joke or whatever to make the evening a bit of fun. Some wore green clothing and or jewelry or pen or something. Sam even changed into a green shirt that really belonged to his wife, ( this cross dressing has got to stop Sam ).
There were 13 of us in the room, (hope no one is superstitious) 11 members, 1 visitor David who became a member during the evening and 1 visitor Maxine from Kincumber.
We also had a visit from our Area Govenor Tanya....however I have counted her as a member.

It was lovely to see Pauline back at our meeting we have been missing her for a while now....

Ann told us all about St Patrick himself and her speech was a most interesting look at St Patrick , the man.
