Tonight was an interesting night with 4 mini debates. Thanks Tim for some very interesting debate topics as Debate Master. Best debater tonight was voted as Nicola.
Nicola also won Best Speech tonight for delivering her Ice Breaker speech - which is your very first speech as a Toastmaster. Congratulations!
We had a 3-way tie for Best Evaluator with Anne, Tanya and our visiting Toastmaster, Alan.
As Immediate Past President, Tony Miller presented our current President, Glennis, the Toastmasters International Presidents Distinguished Club Ribbon - for achieving 10 out of our 10 goals in the 2017-2018 Distinguished Club Program. Wow, that was a mouthful, but congratulations to all members for achieving this great honour!
At Blue Gum Flat, we like to recognise the achievements of our members, and tonight Tony received his certificates for achieving both Level 1 and Level 2 in the Visionary Communications path. Great job Tony.
