Tonight we had 3 entrants in our Humorous Speech contest.
Chantel gave us a very funny speech called "The treacherous tails of my hair".
Glennis channeled Russel Coight with her speech "The outback adventures of the Baumanns".
And Jeremy concluded with his speech "They are real, zombies are real!".

Our Table Topics theme was: "Is the reward worth the risk?". Jeremy spoke about the risk of leaving his kids to grow up while he goes to work each day. Tim gave us a very funny speech about the world of competitive dodgeball (Tim, you should have entered the Humorous Speech contest!). Chantel talked about pushing yourself and giving it all you've got, with a her example of aerial circus. And Glennis talked about making an effort, having a go and the motto of "Just Do It".
