Below of our Christmas Meeting / Dinner.
On Monday 4th Dec.
Blue Gum Flat members and guests had a lovely Christmas gathering along with a lovely meal a gift giving etc and we even had an appearance from Santa. Anne conducted a fun Christmas Bingo and also a Christmas/Christian style Trivia.
Some of us did well others didn't have a clue
EXAMPLE one of the questions in the trivia section was
(Q) What was John the Baptists mothers name ,
some answers were
(A) MRS BAPTIST.
(Q) what is the name of the period leading up to Christmas.
(A) some said BUSY...
Like I said some didn't have a clue .
Anyway it was fun,
MANY thanks Anne for organising the Bingo and the Trivia and a special thanks goes to SANTA for turning up and making our Christmas meeting fun....

THANKS EVERYONE for coming along and making our night so special ... The food and the company were both really enjoyable.

| It made her laugh anyway.... For the diary OUR 1st MEETING BACK in 2018 will be on January 15th....PLEASE BE THERE.... Jan. 20th we have Club leadership training at a venue still to be decided. Feb. 5th is our International Speech and evaluation contest So start putting a good speech together and entering this.... The Area Contest will then be held for the winners to speak again on the 24th Feb at the Entrance Leagues Club .... |
