Regular meeting 3/7/17 plus Changeover+last of Speech Craft Speeches

Tonights meeting was busy with presentations,  Our Change over of Committee, final speeches of 2 Speech crafters and celebration cake etc etc etc. Story and photos below....

Tonight we had a good roll up of members (9 in all) plus Area 24 Director  Greg. Also  Pat, plus two visitors Stephanie and Jeremy plus Rosenberg who plans to join us now his speechcraft is finished. 
Haven't seen so many  in attendace for a long time. It was great to see all those smiling faces....The Area Director also commented on the good roll up .
 Greg Area Director,  came along to conduct our changeover and seemed to really enjoy himself at such a well attended meeting.
Yes it was cold and wintery out but in the club it was nice and warm. 
It was nice to have Tanya back with us, still not well but battling on regardless.   Hope your soon feeling well again Tanya....
Karen and Rosenberg both completed their Speecraft course tonight by both making really great speeches. 
Well done to both, Glennis again made a lovely little 
congrat's  K and R cake for all to enjoy with a cuppa at supper break time. 
Both Rosenberg and Karin are doing exceptionally well.       CONGRATULATIONS to you both...... 
Greg conducted our Change over very well and the new committee were sworn in .
 Tonight Tony scored yet another CL , there is no truth in the rumour that he is collecting these  to use  as wallpaper by the way..... 
 Aaron conducted a very interesting mini debate and the whole meeting was fun, if you weren't there you missed a lovely night.

If not then please try to just come along to cheer the contestants on....
 The winners and runner ups will go on to area level on

Please try to join us for a social chat and dinner and perhaps a drink at the Ourimbah RSL dining room ,  now known as
 "The Kitchen".
 Meals start from as little as $12.00 and all meals are good in both taste and value ,  so please try to be there.
We plan to kick off at about 6-30 pm , but get there when you can....
All welcome, including partners etc.
It would be appreciated if you could let Glennis know if you are planning on being there so she can book tables and chairs etc.

  An  Officer training session at Ourimbah .......
 This will be held at the  Ourimbah RSL  10 am to 1 pm so please try to be there. This will never be this local again so now is the time to come along and take part in this great training session....
