Regular meeting 7th March 2016

It's AUTUMN,  it's time for the weather to cool down but no one told the weather man.
 It's still hot and humid, unless you are at our Toastmasters meeting, then you might need a jacket.!!!!!

Tonight we had a a long list of apologies and only 11 members in attendance plus Pat our regular guest. There were 3  really good speeches delivered tonight along with 3 very honest and helpful evaluations. Our Round Robin theme was "don't sweat the small stuff", some interesting and varied comments came from that.
Tonight we had an interesting Educational from Ray also.
Chairman for the night was Ann, Toastmaster was Judi.

Tanya was presented with her Competent Leader Silver award by Stuart tonight. Congratulations Tanya. 
We acknowledged two of our members who did so well in the recent Area contest Glennis came in 3rd in the speeches and Ann came in 3rd in the Evaluation contest. 
Well done Ladies you did your club proud and carried the Blue Gum Flat  Banner well .

Tony reminded us that there is an Eastern Division  Speech and Evaluation contest coming up,  Contact Tony or Tanya for details of this event.
A Toastmaster event (Barbecue at Bunning at Tuggerah) is also happening on the 3rd April , please let Tony know if you can help out on the day, all hands on deck will be greatly appreciated.
