We realise that this was a long weekend and expected to be down on numbers , but this was almost a record low. there were some apologies and a few non attenders that we hope are Ok.
Only 6 members in attendance tonight .
SO Only 1 speaker again tonight and several members wearing several different hats.
There is nothing to report from the last meeting except that we are grateful to 2 of our faithfull members Glennis who made a very good speech , and Ann who did a very good evaluation.
Thank you Glennis and Ann.... well done.!
The Chairmans award was given to all of the 6 members who were in attendance simply because they WERE THERE.
Friendly Reminders :
(1) It was decided by the members at a recent meeting that a visitor was to be given a name badge to wear for the evening , so it is then important that our members remember to wear their name badge . Please try to remember to wear your name badge to the meetings.
(2) Please try to let Glennis know if you can't attend a meeting.
(3)Please try to bring a friend along who maybe interested in joining us . Some of our members have left us this year and we need to build our numbers up again.
We hope to see you all on the 17th bright eyed and bushy tailed so to speak.
