Kathy passed away suddenly  last week, she will be very missed by her many friends. 

Our sympathy goes to her family.

Our 2nd meeting for Feb.  was well attended with 13 members and 4 guests. We had a visit from a lovely family David, Kim and Muuruun. We hope they enjoyed our little group and will return.  Also had another visit from Ann's mum Pat who we have almost adopted  now as a  member of our club. Tonight Glennis chaired the meeting, Tanya chose the word ZONKED which was used extensively by many of us . 
It was used 8 times by our guest David who was awarded the chairmans award for using the word so often.
 Aaron was in charge of Table topics and the Round Robin was on the theme "Remember when".... 
Most of us had plenty of old memories to talk about. !There were 3 speeches tonight, delivered by Jane, Stuart, Judi, the speeches were followed by good and helpful evaluations.We welcomed a new member  Jerome into Blue Gum tonight with his official certificate presented to him by president Stuart.

Dates for the diary.
We have an Area International Speech and evaluation contest next Sunday at Wyong RSL 11am to 1-30pm.

On the last Monday in Feb, (because it is a 5th Monday) we again have our Blue Gum social night, a get together over a nice meal in The Blue Gum restaurant within the Ourimbah RSL club.
The meals prices start at , The special at $10.00 for members, $12.00 for non members.
There are also plenty of  meals on the menu to chose from if you would rather not have the "specials".
We arrive around  6-30  or when ever you can get there. Please come along to this LEAP year social.
 Partners and friends and (Even Spouses)  are very welcome so bring them along to say G'day and share a meal and a drink with us.
