Three new members were inducted into BLUE GUM FLAT TOASTMASTERS club tonight.
AARON, SAM and STEPHEN.
We hope you will all gain a lot from beoing a member of our club....You can count on receiving support and encouragement from our members when ever you need it.
Please don't be frightened to ask if you need any help or answers to any questions you might have.... We HOPE this will be the start of a happy and successful journey with our club.
One of our young members who has recently gone on to bigger and better things has recently stated on her face book page that she owes her success in gaining the employment she has been wanting, to her training with TOASTMASTERS.

| Sam is now a TOASTMASTER Best Table Topics no less. ! Our meeting began on time and went smoothly even though the three speakers who were on the agenda to make speeches didn't show up.... This could have been a problem but then two of our dedicated and capable members put up their hands and were able to deliver a speech each. Great work, TANYA and ALAN for stepping up to the plate at the final minute and delivering excellent speeches without any prior warning, that is the sign of a TRUE Toastmaster, well done and thank you for being so ready willing and able ....... "The Show Must Go On".... Our new member Sam presented the word and did a very good job of it too. He also won the vote for best Table Topics. Well done SAM. Best Speech went to our President TANYA and Best Evaluation to Judi. We hope to see you all at our next meeting MONDAY 3rd June. There are speech contests coming up in July so please come along and put your name down as a contestant or a helper in the upcoming contests.... |
