Regula Meeting 19th February

Tonight we had 10 members present and 4 visitors  a good roll up . Callum came back for a  2nd visit tonight and is going to join Blue Gum, we will enjoy watching this young man blossom and become a confident speaker I am sure.
Chantel and Tim came back to check us out a bit more before they decide on a club to join, we hope they choose ours  as we really enjoy this lovely young couple who will be a credit to whichever club they decide to  join.  
We had a 1st time visit tonight from a local boy,  when  Jason turned up to check us out . Hope you enjoyed our little group Jason and we look forward to seeing you back next time .

It was nice to know we had one of our lads from the  defence force in the room with us. 
We also hope to see Jason back with us next meeting. 
 We had a lovely surprise tonight when Pat gave us a  recital, 
                                 Wow,
 we all hope to be as good as this lady if we ever reach such a "grand" age. 
 Pat  was very animated and the recital was excellent and all done from memory,   Well done Pat, we loved it.

The word tonight was AUSPICIOUS and Pat really  lived up to the word .

Rick Chaired  our meeting tonight , 
Tanya delivered The Word " Auspicious" .
John gave a toast to our local NARARA hero  Matt Graham ,
 ( first winter Olympic medal for us ) .
  A soapbox was given tonight by Sheryl who gave us a lot of food for thought .

All interesting speeches that were followed of course by three very good evaluations by Tony, James and Jeremy. 
All gave great evaluations .

 Anne Evaluation Contest
 If you can be there to cheer them on that would be great, contest  starts at 1pm .
