Regular Meeting 5th August........

Our meeting on  Monday the 5th August saw such LOW numbers of members in attendance that it was hardly worth the effort of putting a good speech together.
 We understand  that some members were ill  or away at the time but for those who are just not making the effort  to come along we say, PLEASE try very hard to  come to meetings to support those who are trying so hard to make their speeches  and carry out their assignments etc.
The club environment  is warm and the car park is easy to access and well lit .......
For those 6 members who were in attendance we thank you for  your loyalty to your club.
I wasn't able to be there as I was just released from  a weeks stay in hospital that evening but I have been reliably informed that best Table Topics went to
 Ray from (Niagara Park), 
best Evaluation went to
 Darrin (from Ettalong)
Chairmans award went to Jane ( from Bateau Bay)
Well done ....
For those who have been ill we send our best wishes for a speedy recovery and for those who have been or  are away  and travelling....we hope you have a safe return and that we see you again very soon....

 A Committee meeting was held on Wed. 14th at Judi's home (Lisarow) and our new President was well armed with the biggest GAVEL you ever did see making sure that he had  the means to handle the committee should they get unruly , no one was going to upset the new President Alan....

Thank you to all the committee members who were in attendance.........

Hope to see as many as possible of you at our next meeting on MONDAY 19th August ...Please note  new time of 7-15 pm.

PS:  A nice  social night was held at the club in the club bistro on Monday night July 29th , again thank you to our members for your attendance at this social night ....
